In 2011, when Randy Hencken first joined The Seasteading Institute, he ran a small campaign to have “seasteading” included in the dictionary.
This week, that dream came true.

The Dictionaries department at Oxford University Press feature seasteading in their blog post and highlighted the addition on their social media channels. They even made a cute cartoon about seasteading.
Less than a month after the book is published, we got some love from the lexicographers!
Will we see you in Tahiti?
The first Seasteading Gathering happens May 15-18 in paradise. Space is limited, but you may still apply.
