The experience of building 20 ocean vessels
ArkPad has assembled teams with expertise in designing and building ocean vessels. This includes a team of six naval architects who together have constructed nearly 20 ocean-going vessels, in addition to a mechanical engineering team involved in the production of self-guided drones including self-driving boats. The ArkPad-C is a seastead with a 100 square meter platform (1076.4 square feet) upheld with spars, and a living space of 65-130 square meters (700-1,400 square feet). The platforms are modular, meaning they can connect together to form a floating neighborhood. The Arkpad designs are meant for both shallow and deep water.

Floating fish farm leverages polyculture to feed residents.
The Hexafarm is a floating fish farm that leverages polyculture. Polyculture is the practice of growing multiple species together. Hexafarm creates a closed ecosystem, growing fish, seaweed, and shellfish in separate cages. Above the surface, platforms for homes can be added.
The Arkpad “Stead Token” allows seasteaders like you to fund your own project
In August 2024, Arkpad launched the Stead token, which will later be paired with a platform for seastead builders to offer tokenized crowdfunding for seasteading related projects. Buy this token, earn income and support seasteading and your future seastead.
This makes the Stead platform the world’s first crowdfunding platform for seasteading, the DeFi platform itself is yet to be launched, but when it is, it will allow anyone to contribute funds to the direct construction of seasteads.
ArkPad Reef Resort open for you to visit starting in Q1 2025
Located near a large grouping of coral reefs, the Reef Resort will combine a fish and lobster farm, floating aquarium, and waterfront property composed of a group of Hexafarms.
The Hexafarms will include 16 floating houses, each providing residential space for two to four people and three solar facilities, powering the entire resort.
At this scale, the fish farms alone will generate enough income to pay off the construction of the project, not yet counting the considerable tourism income in such a major tourist center.
The Reef Resort is expected to finish most construction before Christmas, and will have its own Grand Opening during Q1 of 2025.
