John Bush
John Bush is a radical activist, entrepreneur, and father of two based in Austin, TX. Since 2002 he has worked tirelessly to create a more free and peaceful world through political activism and the promotion of alternative institutions like cryptocurrencies and decentralized systems of social organization. He is a proponent of health freedom and operates Brave Botanicals which offers kratom, CBD, Delta 8 THC and other natural medicines. In 2015 he laid out his vision for Freedom Cells, small mutual aid groups networked with other cells to achieve common goals and secure the sovereignty of group members. The Freedom Cell Network has since grown to over 19,000 people across the world and hopes to one day replace the state as a means of social organization.

Tony Olsen
Tony Olsen is the founder of Freedom Haven, an open-design, freedom-based seasteading micronation.
He sees his planned Libertarian seastead as providing a land of opportunity for those fleeing oppressive governments, a place for the free market to thrive so that healthcare can be affordable and higher quality, and giving people a safe place to be free.
Tony is a software developer and a longtime Austrian economist. He spent three years studying concrete, ship building, metallurgy, 3D modeling, international law, and anything that could be helpful in designing the seasteading community that he seeks.
John McCone
In addition to being an ambassador for the Seasteading Institute, John McCone is the Managing Director of Socibuild, a company which aims to increase location value by building up social capital through creating communities which are desirable places to live. Previously a physicist and a philosophy writer, John is currently working on a project in a farm in Norfolk that aims to increase the material self-sufficiency and resilience of the local community there.
In this talk, John will outline Socibuild’s business plan and discuss how Real Estate development might be the business model that best aligns profits with the overall good of the wider community.
