I have a degree in Ocean Engineering from Annapolis, and have kept up with developments in marine structures, particularly in ferrocement and concrete in a marine environment, as well as more traditional steel structures. I also have a good background in power systems and support infrastructure. I am a certified scuba diver, and an experienced sailor.
