Somewhere in the ocean, it begins. One boat drops anchor, far from any coercive nation. Others follow, platforms are deployed, and a community is born. Freedom flowers briefly from the sea as people interact without governmental interference. After experiencing liberty, the participants return home, enriched by a fuller sense of the realities of autonomy.
