We propose the founding of the Seastead Development Corporation,
whose goal will be to make money by building seasteads. A small group
of devoted people, including SDC's founders, will be its first
customers, buying the Coaststead prototype. SDC's capitalization
beyond this will be quite small.

How come you have not founded your corporation already? This should be the very first step. This does not mean you have to give up your jobs or anything. It would be easy, cheap and a beginning. Maybe it would be even easier to found a Corporation whose only duty is to build up the Seastead Development Corporation. But why not get it started now???

But Why? The Corporation is not needed until the coaststead is built, and having a corporation sitting around for ten years without doing anything isn't a good look.
