Membership in TSI

The TSI membership program allows supporters of seasteading to help TSI spread the idea of seasteading around the world. Your contributions and participation in the seasteading community are vital to the movement. We hope that you will consider joining us at one of our membership levels. Each level carries with it a different set of benefits, designed to help you enjoy all that seasteading has to offer, and to provide you an opportunity to participate in TSI events. Basic Memberships

Our basic memberships are designed for people to support TSI at a variety of different levels. Memberships are paid annually, with the option to pay in monthly installments at the higher levels. To show our thanks for your support, members will receive some TSI swag, and invitations to participate in special, members-only events.

Sustaining Memberships

For those who wish to make a more substantive contribution to the future of seasteading, we have developed a special membership level, The Argonauts. These key members commit to $1,000 a year for ten years to sustain the movement over the long-term. Learn more, or sign up now!

Member Events

Annual Open Board Meeting

At the conclusion of the annual TSI conference, the board members will hold a meeting that will be open to all members of TSI to attend. In the meeting, we will review the successes and lessons of the previous year, and discuss the strategy for next year. The floor will be opened to questions, and all members will have an opportunity to discuss TSI’s future.

By doing this, we hope to learn from the broad knowledge-base represented by our members and gain widespread support for our future plans. We also wish to provide our members with a sense of transparency about the goals and strategies of the organization.

We hope all our members will be able to attend. It is our hope to provide a Second Life component of our board meeting, so that our remote members can attend virtually.

Members Dinner

As a finale to our annual seasteading conference, we will hold a special dinner for our members. In addition to dinner with board and staff, we hope to invite guest speakers to help make the event memorable and interesting.
