Further Questions

There are two components to this FAQ. First, we include a copy of the FAQ from our website, which contains short answers to the most common questions. Second, we expand this FAQ with additional detail in the answers, and questions that are less common but still important. We often refer to the book, which contains the most detailed information about our proposals.
